Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask North Bend Central). They took down the Ord Chanticleers 70-52 on Friday. The win was familiar territory for the Tigers who have now won three matches in a row.

Despite the loss, Ord had strong showings from Elijah Pollard, who went 7 of 12 en route to 16 points along with eight rebounds and three blocks, and Colton Thompson, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and ten boards. Pollard is also crushing it when it comes to steals: he's grabbed at least two every time he's taken the court this season.

North Bend Central's victory bumped their record up to 3-4. As for Ord, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-4.

North Bend Central didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 75-44 win against Thayer Central on the 28th. As for Ord, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 37-32 victory against Guardian Angels Central Catholic on the 28th.
