There's no place like home for Creekview, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They blew past the Turner Lions 66-36 on Friday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory the Mustangs have posted since December 2, 2023.

Creekview's win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 9-18. As for Turner, their defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 12-12.

Creekview and Turner could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Texas Rankings. Creekview will square off against Wakeland at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday down 686 places (842 vs. 156). Similarly, Turner (ranked 811th) will meet Lone Star (ranked 143rd) at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
