Kent Denver's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Alex Padalino led the charge by scoring 11 points. Another player making a difference was Nicholas Buchenau, who scored 12 points.
The Academy has not been sharp recently, as they've lost eight of their last ten contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-10 record this season. As for Kent Denver, the victory was the tenth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 12-1.
The Academy will look to defend their home court on Monday against Peak to Peak at 7:00 p.m. As for Kent Denver, they will take on Colorado Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
