Kaitlyn Fujinami had another great game (as she tends to do), throwing for 215 yards and seven touchdowns while completing 83.9% of her passes, and also rushing for 45 yards and one score. Those seven passing touchdowns gave her a new career-high. Vanessa Rodriguez was Fujinami's top target, picking up 91 receiving yards and three TDs.
Northglenn didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off seven passes before the game was over. Evelynn Jaimes led the group effort, picking up three of those interceptions all by herself. Meanwhile, Legacy faced Mountain View in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Wednesday. The Lightning fell 19-14 to the Mountain Lions.
