Huron won the last time they faced Pioneer and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Huron River Rats put the hurt on the Pioneer Pioneers with a sharp 65-40 win. The River Rats have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three matches by 25 points or more this season.

Huron has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 4-2 record this season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 36.7 points. As for Pioneer, their loss was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 4-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Huron will take on Inter-City Baptist in a holiday battle at at 8:30 p.m. on Friday. Pioneer and East Kentwood will compete for holiday cheer at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
