Celeste waltzed into their match on Friday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They managed a 42-38 victory over the Tom Bean Tomcats. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 51-33 last Friday.

Despite the loss, Tom Bean still got an impressive performance from Sam Lind, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 21 boards. Taylor Vick was another key player, putting up 12 points and seven rebounds.

Celeste is on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 12 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 14-4 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 51.8 points per game. As for Tom Bean, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-6.

Celeste will venture away from home to face off against Sam Rayburn at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams are headed into the matchup with plenty of momentum (Sam Rayburn has won three straight at home, while Celeste won five straight on the road), something that'll have to change. As for Tom Bean, they will host Bland at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
