Pleasant Hill has not had much luck with the Tornadoes recently, as the team's come up short the last seven times they've met.
Griggsville-Perry had a senior duo take command as Wyatt Lipcaman scored 24 points along with six assists and three steals and Michael Myers scored 23 points along with six assists and five steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Brody Rush, who scored ten points along with two steals.
Pleasant Hill has been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last 11 matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-15 record this season. As for Griggsville-Perry, the win was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 21-4.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Pleasant Hill will take on the Warriors at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Griggsville-Perry, they will be playing in front of their home fans against the Panthers at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
