Folsom hadn't done well against Junipero Serra recently (they were 0-3 in their previous three matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Saturday. Another player making a difference was Jeovanni Henley, who rushed for 50 yards and a pair of TDs.
Folsom has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.
Looking ahead, Folsom will head out on the road to face off against Mission Viejo at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams might be coming in a bit winded given these two teams combined for 1,011 yards in their previous games. As for Junipero Serra, they will be playing at home against De La Salle at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
