Mountain Pointe took care of business in their home opener on Wednesday. They walked away with an 81-71 victory over the Tucson High Magnet School Badgers. This was payback for the Pride, who suffered a 69-65 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Perhaps the best among those players was Tavion Okougbo, who went 6-for-11 en route to 15 points in addition to eight assists and six boards.
