Atchison County was forced to take a big defeat against they on Thursday, they got the better of them on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Jefferson County North Chargers with a sharp 12-6 victory. The win was some much needed relief for the Tigers as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.

Adrian Diaz was incredible, going 2-for-4 with two stolen bases, four RBI, and two runs. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in April. Another player making a difference was Riley Kesinger, who went 1-for-3 with three stolen bases and two runs.

Atchison County's victory bumped their record up to 7-16. As for Jefferson County North, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-20-3 record this season.

As of now, neither Atchison County nor Jefferson County North have any future games scheduled.
