Baseball Game Preview: Shorewood Stormrays vs. Mountlake Terrace Hawks

For the second straight game, Shorewood will face off against Mountlake Terrace. The Stormrays will host the Hawks at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Shorewood has three straight victories, Mountlake Terrace has three straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the field.

If Shorewood beats Mountlake Terrace with nine runs on Monday, it's going to be the team's new lucky number: they've won their past two matchups with that exact score. The Stormrays put the hurt on the Hawks with a sharp 9-1 win on Friday. The result was nothing new for the Stormrays, who have now won seven games by six runs or more so far this season.

Joey Facilla made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he pitched six innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits.
