Grantsville faced Uintah in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Cowboys had just enough and edged out the Utes 9-8. Winning may never get old, but the Cowboys sure are getting used to it with their eighth in a row.
Payten Bytheway was a major factor no matter where she played. On the mound, she pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs off four hits.
