This season hasn't been kind to the Tribe W Warriors, who are still winless after their sixth match. They were outmatched by Grace Academy on the road and fell 64-17. Tribe W was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 31-9.
Reagan Johnson was her usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 33 points and 15 rebounds for Grace Academy. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Johnson has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Allison Shell, who scored 13 points along with three steals.
Tribe W dropped their record down to 0-6 with that loss, which was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Grace Academy, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 14-3.
Tribe W will head out on the road to face off against the Falcons at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Grace Academy, their homestand continues as they prepare to take on the Lions at 6:30 p.m. on February 9th. Texas Lions HomeSchool is coming into the match hot, having won their last three games.
