The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Punahou has scored all season.
Shynastee Ahina was her usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 25 points and 11 rebounds for Hawaiian Mission Academy. The matchup was Ahina's third in a row with at least ten points.
Punahou's defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 5-5. As for Hawaiian Mission Academy, they now have a winning record of 3-2.
Punahou will be home for the holidays to greet 'Iolani at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Hawaiian Mission Academy won't have much time to rest: their next game is against La Pietra at 6:00 p.m. on December 13th.
