The Bullis Bulldogs can now show off 12 landslide victories after their most recent matchup on Sunday. They claimed a resounding 86-37 victory over St. Andrew's Episcopal at home. Bullis' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
Bullis found their leader in underclassman Ivanna Manyacka, who shot 4-for-4 from long range and dropped a double-double on 23 points and 14 rebounds. Manyacka is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as she's now pulled down eight or more in the last five games she's played. Another player making a difference was Sanai Troutman, who scored 21 points along with seven rebounds.
St. Andrew's Episcopal's loss came despite strong showings from Lamaria Estridge and Sophia Brooks. Estridge scored 15 points along with five rebounds and two steals, while Brooks scored nine points along with six rebounds.
Bullis is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a nice bump to their 17-6 record this season. As for St. Andrew's Episcopal, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 11-10.
