Ben Hays Turns in Season-Best Performance
On Friday, Bentworth got the W thanks in part to Ben Hays playing the best football he has all season. Hays rushed for 200 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 10.5 yards per carry, and also picked up 38 receiving yards and a touchdown. He showed off some serious burst, cutting through the defense on one rush that went for 65 yards.
Bentworth now has a winning record of 5-4. Hays and Bentworth will square off against Avella at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Lee Qualk Delivers Electric Effort Vs Bethlehem Center
Lee Qualk put up the most rushing yards he's had since back in August on Friday. He rushed for 261 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 12.4 yards per carry. He continues to roll, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played.
Bethlehem Center's probably not too fond of Qualk given he always seems to get the better of them. When Qualk last faced the Bulldogs back in October of 2023, he rushed for 103 yards and two touchdowns on only 11 carries.

Johnny Gilbert Delivers Best Effort of Season
Johnny Gilbert produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Jefferson-Morgan to the win on Friday. Gilbert rushed for 90 yards and two touchdowns on only six carries, and also picked up 33 receiving yards.
The victory for Jefferson-Morgan keeps them at an undefeated 9-0. Gilbert and Jefferson-Morgan will head out on the road to square off against California at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
