St. Francis had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They walked away with  a   2-0  win over the St. Charles East Fighting Saints  on Tuesday. Winning may never get old, but the Spartans sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.
 St. Francis easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The match finished with set scores of 25-21,  25-15.
 Mackenzie Krzus paced St. Francis' offense, picking up eight kills. Krzus really made an impact as  she also led the team in assists with 12.  Emily Liggett controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.
St. Francis' victory bumped their record up to 24-12. As for St. Charles East,  they are  on  a  four-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 13-22.
 Coming up, St. Francis will take on Naperville North at 6:00  p.m.  on Thursday. St. Charles East does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
