Pierz had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 22 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They walked away with a 74-64 win over the Milaca Wolves. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 79-70 back in January.

Pierz pushed their record up to 12-12 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 72.3 points over those games. As for Milaca, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-16.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Pierz will head out to take on St. Cloud Cathedral at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Milaca, they and Albany will meet in a dog eat dog contest at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Albany knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past 24 contests -- so hopefully Milaca likes a good challenge.
