Ridgewood got themselves on the board against Paramus on Friday, but Paramus never followed suit. They blew past the Spartans 10-0. The result was nothing new for the Maroons, who have now won six games by nine runs or more so far this season.

Ridgewood has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-9 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.5 runs over those games. As for Paramus, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-10.

Ridgewood will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Spartans: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled on Saturday.
