The high flying offensive effort was a huge turnaround for John Paul II considering their 21-point performance the match before.
John Paul II found their leader in underclassman Sean Phalen, who scored 25 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Phalen has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Christian Tilton, who scored 13 points.
Andrew Jackson Academy lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Gage Dicks, who scored 26 points along with four steals. Dicks is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 17 or more in the last three games he's played. Oliver Barnes was another key contributor, scoring 20 points along with two steals.
John Paul II's win bumped their record up to 12-9. As for Andrew Jackson Academy, they now have a losing record at 14-15.
