Sunray took care of business in their home opener on Friday (barely). They had just enough and edged the Hooker Bulldogs out 30-28. Sunray got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Armando Lujan out in front who threw for 373 yards and three touchdowns, and also punched in a rushing score. Dawson Bennett was Lujan's top target, picking up 137 receiving yards and a touchdown.
