Morgan Park Academy had already won nine in a row and they went ahead and made it ten on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Back of the Yards College Prep Bobcats. That's more bragging rights for the Warriors, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Morghan Hayes paced Morgan Park Academy's offense, picking up three kills. Hayes were helped by Cece Drown and Isabella Almanza, who contributed two assists each. Annabella Arevalos controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Morgan Park Academy's victory bumped their record up to 16-2. As for Back of the Yards College Prep, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last eight matches. That's still a better percentage than their 4-15 record this season.

Morgan Park Academy has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against UIC College Prep on the 11th. As for Back of the Yards College Prep, after both having extra time off, they and Juarez will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
