Rootstown extended their winning streak to five games thanks to a huge performance from Addy Germann. Everything went the Rootstown Rovers' way against the Field Falcons on Monday as the Rootstown Rovers made off with a 70-48 win thanks in part to Germann, who went 6 for 10from beyond the arc on her way to 24 points. Those 24 points gave her a new career-high.

The team also got some help courtesy of Cloe Bengtson, who posted 15 points in addition to six rebounds and three steals. She continues to improve, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played.

Rootstown's victory was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 5-0. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 28 points. As for Field, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2.

Rootstown will host Independence at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Field, they will head out to face off against Springfield at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Field is facing Springfield at the right time seeing as Springfield is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
