The Meadows School Mustangs are on the road again on Wednesday and play against the Franklin Wildcats at 9:00 p.m. on December 27th. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.
Last Thursday, The Meadows School earned a 57-49 victory over Las Vegas.
The Meadows School got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Williams Quinn out in front who scored 17 points. Those 17 points set a new season-high mark for him. Naseam Smith was another key contributor, scoring ten points along with three steals.
Meanwhile, Franklin entered their tilt with Bella Vista with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Franklin really took it to Bella Vista for the full four quarters, racking up a 73-43 win on the road. The result was nothing new for Franklin, who have now won five contests by 20 points or more so far this season.
The Meadows School now has a winning record of 6-5. As for Franklin, their win bumped their record up to 11-1.
The Meadows School strolled past Franklin when the teams last played back in December of 2022 by a score of 63-46. Will The Meadows School repeat their success, or does Franklin have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
