The Sycamore War Eagles's road trip will continue as they head out to face the Creek Wood Red Hawks at 7:30 p.m. on January 26th.
While Sycamore couldn't quite beat Montgomery Central on Tuesday, the three-point margin was a huge improvement compared to the 24-point loss they were dealt on January 9th. Sycamore fell just short of Montgomery Central by a score of 45-42. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat Sycamore has suffered yet this season.
Meanwhile, Creek Wood's three-game losing streak came to an end on January 9th. They came out on top against Camden Central by a score of 57-48.
Sycamore now has a losing record at 9-10. As for Creek Wood, their win bumped their record up to 9-6.
Sycamore was able to grind out a solid victory over Creek Wood in their previous meeting back in November of 2019, winning 66-55. Will Sycamore repeat their success, or does Creek Wood have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
