Bowne extended their winning streak to three on Wednesday, bumping their season record up to 6-2 in the process. They were the clear victors by a 16-3 margin over the Jamaica Beavers. Considering the Wildcats have won six contests by more than seven runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

As for Jamaica, the loss was their first at home , dropping their record down to 4-3. They have struggled against Bowne recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost meeting.

For Jamaica's part, Jasiah Curry made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and got on base in all three of his plate appearances with one run, one double, and one RBI.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bowne will challenge Bryant at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Jamaica, they will face off against Edison Vo-Tech at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
