Softball Recap: Northmor Has No Trouble Against East Knox

Northmor won the last time they faced East Knox and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Golden Knights were the clear victors by a 19-2 margin over the Bulldogs. The game marked the Golden Knights' most dominant victory of the season so far.

The team relied heavily on Katalina Roseberry, who scored four runs and stole two bases while getting on base in four of her five plate appearances. She has been hot recently, having posted two or more stolen bases the last four times she's played. Another player making a difference was Reagan See, who went 1-for-3 with one home run and three RBI.

Northmor hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. The team has now struck out at least five batters in four consecutive matches.

Northmor's record is now 6-4. As for East Knox, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-6.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Northmor will face off against rival Mt. Gilead at 5:15 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, East Knox is set to take on their familiar foe Centerburg at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday.
