Eli Skarda posted a new career-low in hits on Monday. Elkhart Lake-Glenbeulah had no answer to Skarda as he kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits over seven innings pitched. Skarda also allowed no hits, which is notable because Mishicot is 2-1 when he allows at most three hits, but 5-13 otherwise.

Skarda's effort led Mishicot over Elkhart Lake-Glenbeulah and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Indians are a perfect 7-0 against the Resorters going back to April of 2019, a lead they'll look to extend.
