Lake Region won against Bartow on Friday with eight runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Monday. The Thunder blew past the Mulberry Panthers 8-0. Considering the Thunder have won 12 matches by more than five runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Kailyn Reeder and Makenna Meadows made a splash while hitting and pitching. Meanwhile, Meadows pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Reeder has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than one earned run in seven consecutive appearances. In other batting news, Bailee Ellis was incredible, going 2-for-4 with three runs, three RBI, and one triple.
