Oakland-Craig won the last time they faced Clarkson/Leigh and things went their way on Monday too. The Oakland-Craig Knights blew past the Clarkson/Leigh Patriots 51-30. The Knights have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 contests by 21 points or more this season.

Adi Rennerfeldt was her usual excellent self, going 7 of 12 on her way to 20 points. Sonya Guzinski was another key player, putting up nine points.

Clarkson/Leigh lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Baylee Settje, who posted 11 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Brynn Settje, who scored three points in addition to six rebounds and three steals.

The win made it two in a row for Oakland-Craig and bumps their season record up to 17-2. As for Clarkson/Leigh, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-10.

Oakland-Craig will take on North Bend Central in a tournament on Thursday. North Bend Central will roll in looking for their tenth straight victory, something Oakland-Craig surely won't give up without a fight. As for Clarkson/Leigh, they will be taking part in a tournament against Bancroft-Rosalie/Lyons-Decatur Northeast at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
