After flying high against Cleveland last Wednesday, Sprague came back down to earth. The Olympians fell just short of the Tigard Tigers by a score of 5-4 on Friday. The Olympians' defeat signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Sprague's loss dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Tigard, they now have a winning record of 4-3-1.

Looking ahead, Sprague will host Sandy at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Pioneers' pitching crew has only allowed 1.7 runs per game this season, so the Olympians' hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Tigard, they will head out on the road to square off against Central Catholic at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
