The Middlesex Chargers stacked a tenth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Thursday. They claimed a resounding 70-43 victory over Essex at home. The victory was nothing new for Middlesex as they're now sitting on six straight.
Middlesex's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Malik Dandy, who dropped a double-double on 19 points and 12 rebounds. Dandy is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as he's now pulled down eight or more in the last six games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of JaQuan Griffin, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and ten assists.
Middlesex has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 games, which provided a nice bump to their 15-4 record this season. As for Essex, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 5-13.
