Baseball Recap: Valley Takes a Loss

Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They lost 13-6 to the Wingate Bears.

Valley's loss dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Wingate, the victory snapped their losing streak at four games and leaves them with a 4-4 record.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Bears beat Valley by a score of 12-11 later that day.
