Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Rankin). They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat the Iraan Braves 70-15. The Red Devils have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four contests by 20 points or more this season.

Rankin is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 8-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 25.5 points per game. As for Iraan, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-14.

Rankin and Big Spring will round out the year against one another at at 9:00 a.m. on Friday. As for Iraan, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Sanderson at 1:00 p.m. on December 31st.
