Several Redhawks players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Celia Tavares, who scored 13 points. Another player making a difference was Ellison Talbot, who scored ten points.
Ipswich now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Amesbury, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-10.

As for Amesbury, they will look to defend their home court on Monday against Essex Tech at 6:30 p.m. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Massachusetts (Essex Tech is ranked 66th, while Amesbury is ranked 78th).
