St. Patrick extended the longest winning streak in 8-Man Freelance (8 Man) this week by beating Cardinal Mooney Catholic, 54-28. This was the team's 10th consecutive win.
St. Patrick took down the Cardinals 54-28 last week, the largest margin of any game. Collin Lay threw for 130 yards and three touchdowns and ran for six yards in the win.
Patrick Russman's team's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. On the ground Danny Beachnau chipped in 200 yards. Kyle Schrauben helped St. Patrick's passing attack out by catching one ball for five yards.
John Pline was the best wideout in the league this week as the Shamrocks defeated Cardinal Mooney Catholic. Pline racked up four receptions for 125 yards.
St. Patrick's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Shamrocks feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Lay has thrown for 738 yards and 14 touchdowns this season, while Pline has 24 catches for 499 yards. Lay also leads the league in rushing with 1302 yards.
