The Vacaville Christian Falcons won the last time they faced the San Juan Spartans, and things went their way on Tuesday too. Vacaville Christian blew past the Spartans 60-37.
Brian Laxamana was his usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 18 points and 11 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Giovanni Calderon, who almost dropped a double-double on nine points and 12 rebounds.
Vacaville Christian's win bumped their record up to 7-10. As for San Juan, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-15.
Vacaville Christian will be playing at home against the Spartans at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. San Juan is no doubt hoping to put an end to a six-game streak of away losses. As for they, they will head out on the road to challenge Vacaville Christian at 7:30 p.m. Hopefully Vacaville Christian focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 14 on Tuesday.
