Seven Lakes waltzed into their contest on Friday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They came out on top against the Oak Ridge War Eagles by a score of 2-0. That's more bragging rights for the Spartans, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Gracie Hobin paced Seven Lakes' offense, picking up 11 kills. Hobin got some help from Keira Do and her 12 assists. Do was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.

Seven Lakes' record is now 5-0. As for Oak Ridge, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-2.

Coincidentally, Seven Lakes and Oak Ridge will both be playing College Station the next time they take the court. The War Eagles will head out to face the Cougars at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, while the Spartans will play them later in the day, at 11:30 a.m.
