The Marist RedHawks will head out on the road to face off against the Saint Viator Lions at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Marist is coming into the contest hot, having won their last seven games.
Marist picked up another tournament win on Wednesday. They walked away with a 6-2 victory over Maine South.
Collin Lawlor tossed a big game, not allowing a single earned run over 4.1 innings pitched. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in four consecutive appearances.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Matt Molesky, who went 2-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI. Those two RBI gave him a new career-high.
Meanwhile, Saint Viator posted their closest win since April 14th on Monday. They skirted past Niles Notre Dame 6-5. The victory continues a trend for the Lions in their matchups with the Dons: they've now won nine in a row.
Lincoln Sernel looked comfortable as he pitched 2.1 innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit.
On the hitting side, Alec Harer was excellent, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI. That stolen base was his first of the season. The team also got some help courtesy of Tanner Beyna, who went 3-for-4 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.
Marist's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 12-7. The road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.3 runs on average over those games. As for Saint Viator, their record now sits at 8-10.
Marist came out on top in a nail-biter against Saint Viator in their previous matchup back in April of 2024, sneaking past 3-2. The rematch might be a little tougher for the RedHawks since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
