Toppenish came into Friday's contest looking for another win against Prosser, but Brody Buxton wouldn't allow it. The Mustangs walked away with a 13-3 victory over the Wildcats on Friday with plenty of help from Buxton, who picked up 187 receiving yards and a pair of scores. His longest reception was for an incredible 75 yards.

Prosser has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it. Those wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 16 points this season. As for Toppenish, their defeat was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-1.

Prosser wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, a 13-7 loss against East Valley on the 19th. As for Toppenish, they have also already played their next game, a 50-6 victory against Quincy on the 19th.
