While First Baptist Christian didn't have the best season last year (they finished 6-11), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They walked away with a 45-36 win over the Salt and Light Homeschool Eagles on Tuesday. The Warriors' victory was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.

First Baptist Christian pushed their record up to 4-0 with the win, which was their third straight at home. As for Salt and Light Homeschool, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-2.

First Baptist Christian will take on Faith West Academy in a tournament on Thursday. Faith West Academy has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. As for Salt and Light Homeschool, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Calvary Baptist at 6:00 p.m. on January 7, 2025.
