Port Angeles lost to Peninsula on the road by a decisive 57-43 margin. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Port Angeles in their matchups with Peninsula: they've now lost four in a row.
It was another big night for Kaylia Heidelberg, who scored 34 points for Peninsula. The matchup was Heidelberg's seventh in a row with at least ten points. Grace Richardson was another key contributor, scoring 11 points along with nine assists and six rebounds.
Port Angeles now has a losing record at 1-2. As for Peninsula, their victory bumped their record up to 5-2.
