Southlake Carroll has gone 9-1 against Keller Central recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Dragons will look to defend their home field against the Chargers at 7:00 p.m. Southlake Carroll is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.6 runs per game this season.

Southlake Carroll made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Bell, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Dragons put the hurt on the Blue Raiders with a sharp 14-3 win on Friday. Considering the Dragons have won 11 contests by more than six runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Olivia Wiske looked comfortable as she pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. What's more, she posted five strikeouts, the most she's had since back in February.

On the hitting side, Scarlett Kuhn was incredible, going a perfect 4-for-4 with one home run, four runs, and four RBI. That's the most hits she has posted since back in March. Olivia Mccarrick was another key player, scoring three runs while going 4-for-4.

Southlake Carroll was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .469. They are 11-1 when they post a batting average of .375 or better.

Meanwhile, Keller Central suffered their closest defeat since April 16, 2024 on Tuesday. They fell just short of Bell by a score of 10-8.

The victory made it two in a row for Southlake Carroll and bumps their season record up to 17-11. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 6 runs in those games. As for Keller Central, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-15-1 record this season.

Southlake Carroll took their victory against Keller Central when the teams last played back in March by a conclusive 14-4 score. Will the Dragons repeat their success, or do the Chargers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
