Central Valley Academy's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Deacon Judd, who dropped a double-double on 23 points and 20 rebounds. The matchup was Judd's ninth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Will Luke, who scored 18 points along with five rebounds.
Central Valley Academy pushed their record up to 8-1 with that win, which was their third straight on the road. As for Holland Patent, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-4.
Central Valley Academy is on the road again on Sunday and play against Whitesboro at 1:00 p.m. on January 7th. As for Holland Patent, they will head out on the road to face off against Oneida at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Oneida has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
