For Andrews, this counts as revenge for the 48-47 loss Kingstree walked away with the last time they faced one another back in January.
Leading Andrews to victory were Vincent Rhue and Sharod Sumpter. Rhue scored 13 points along with five rebounds and two steals, while Sumpter scored 18 points along with five rebounds and two steals. Sumpter continues to roll, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was Aarin Moore, who scored five points along with two steals.
When it comes to explaining why Kingstree lost, one person who can't be blamed is Micheal Kelly. Despite the final result, he scored 17 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Antonio KIngcade, who scored ten points.
Andrews' win bumped their record up to 9-11. As for Kingstree, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 11-8.
