Davidson Academy made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 8,974 from 9,355. The advance stemmed from a 42-7 victory over the Bears last week.
Ezell-Harding Christian led Division II A - East/Middle 1 in scoring this week after putting up 29 points on Ezell-Harding Christian.
Davidson Academy's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Bears feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Zillon Porter has thrown for 427 yards this season, while Stephen Davis has 14 catches for 175 yards. Steve Wilson leads the league in rushing with 831 yards.
