Brewer had a senior duo take command as Julian Perez scored 19 points along with six assists and four steals and Tyren Mitchell scored 18 points along with six assists. The contest was Perez's 17th in a row with at least ten points. Warren King was another key contributor, scoring nine points.
Brewer pushed their record up to 14-3 with that victory, which was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season. They've been dominating during the contests in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 19.73 points. As for Boswell, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-8.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Brewer will be home for the holidays to greet Northwest at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Boswell will be home for the holidays to greet Granbury at 8:00 p.m. on Friday.
