Helena hadn't done well against Chelsea recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Huskies blew past the Hornets 3-0. That three set margin sets a new team best for the Huskies this season.

While Helena won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the first set they played. The final score came out to 25-23, 25-15, 25-19.

Helena was led to victory by Emma Clair Dunlap and Avery Cantley. Dunlap had four aces and two assists, while Cantley hit 66.7% for ten kills and eight digs and one block. That's the most assists Dunlap has posted since back in August.

They weren't the only good servers: Helena was lethal from the service line and finished the match with ten aces. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Chelsea only served five.

Helena is on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 16 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-15 record this season. As for Chelsea, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-14 record this season.

Helena will be taking part in a tournament against Hale County at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Chelsea, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against Pelham on the 1st.
