Passaic came out on top against Eastside on Monday thanks in part to Franklin Pena's efforts. Nobody could stop Pena as he scored two runs and stole two bases while getting on base in three of his five plate appearances. He has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last three times he's played.

Pena's strong effort led Passaic over Eastside and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The two teams are at an even 5-5 against one another since April of 2018, but likely not for long.
