Nolan Catholic extended their losing streak  to six  on Thursday, dropping them down to 1-7. They had to suffer through  a    63-3 loss at the hands of the Liberty Christian Warriors. The Vikings were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at  56-0.
As for Liberty Christian, they pushed their record up to 5-3 with the  victory, which was their tenth straight  at home dating back to last season. Given their advantage  in MaxPreps' Texas football rankings (they are ranked 95th, while Nolan Catholic is ranked 866th) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.
  Correll Buckhalter continued  his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 258 yards and three  TDs on only 13 carries.
